At checkout, you can have the items shipped to you or pick them up at our store.

Returns or exchanges are accepted ONLY for products that are damaged in transit or if the incorrect item was shipped.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email within 30 days of the order date. Upon receipt of your email we will respond accordingly and make sure your replacement is sent out. If a replacement item is not available, we will refund the full purchase price.
Pick up time are during store hours.
When you submit your order by 2 pm, it will be ready for pickup the same day!
Orders received after 2 pm will be ready the next day.
When you pick up your order, please have your valid ID and receipt available.
In accordance with CDC recommended guidelines, ALL customers at our store locations to pick up orders MUST wear a mask and remain at least 6 feet away from any other persons present, and must follow all posted signage at the stores. Customers who may be sick or coughing should not approach or enter the store for any reason.

Order are shipped via standard ground service from Santa Cruz, CA. Orders may take up to 48 hours to ship. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
